Our aim is to serve delicious and traditional Portuguese food, based on a Mediterranean diet of meat, shellfish and seafood. All our fish is sourced from the local lagoon known as Ria Formosa. Local produce such as Bread, Wine, Olive Oil and Cheeses are all available to accompany our main dishes. Many of our dishes are made according to the ancient tradition of Mediterranean cuisine.
