The tables with bench seats at Vila Lisa are not served the typical grills of the tourist Algarve. José Vila, the culinary soul of this restaurant, is keen to follow the traditional recipes of the region, which includes, among others, soup of clams, razor clams and octopus xarém. The restaurant system is always the same: one degustativo menu consists of several starters, four dishes, wines, coffee, sweets and digestive drinks.
